31-10-10 BOK Local, Blaise Castle
Dry weather! The comprehensive path network and gorge produced many upsets for the local orienteers, but Catie still can’t beat that 66 year man who’s recovering from major heart surgery! Results here.
30-10-10 Western Night League, Blaise Castle
Another badly timed downpour failed to dampen spirits at the first local night-O of the season. A good set of results – secretary Richard came in a shock 4th, ex-UBOC Tim in 7th and beginner Ben comes in a very respectable 19th. Results here.
23-10-10 BOK League, Greyfield Woods
Lots of new members had their first orienteering outings on the orange and yellow courses, with the more experienced on the green. Despite the heavy rain and 3ft deep stream crossing, everyone enjoyed themselves and are now looking forward to a bigger challenge next time! Results here.
3-10-10 BOK Local, Leigh Woods
Typical wet weather for Leigh Woods. Excellent courses planned by UBOC captain Alice meant everyone finished happy, although many did take a tumble. UBOCers Chris and Richard (and ex-UBOC Tim) all finished mid table on the blue. Results here.
